How long does it take for my order to ship? Is international shipping expensive?

Good question! In short, not long at all. If you order before 2:30PM BST (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays), your order will be shipped the very same day, completely FREE via DHL Express! Yes, ALL shipping is completely FREE! (shipping charges do apply to orders under £50, other couriers for some countries). Whether you're in the UK, EU, US, or anywhere else! We've got you covered. Anything ordered after 2:30PM BST will be dispatched the next working day, with full tracking. This covers Empty Hilts and accessories that are in stock.

We must stress that there is an exception for Limited Edition Runs. Each listing for Limited Edition Runs will illustrate the timeframe, and when you can expect those to ship FREE via DHL Express. If in any doubt, feel free to contact us at any point. We do provide weekly updates for customers who have purchased a product from one of our Limited Edition Runs, but you are always welcome to reach out to us for an update at any time; we're happy to oblige!

 

Do you sell fully installed Sabers?

Not right now, but we have developed a special manufacturing system using the legendary Verso soundboard, that we spent months working on with KR Sabers. We will be offering fully installed Sabers soon! 

 

So, my order has been collected - how long will it take to get here?

Another good question! DHL Express quotes 2-3 working days for most countries. While 2-3 days is usually accurate, they sometimes need a few extra days to deliver. When your order is dispatched, you will be provided with a DHL tracking number you can use here, to keep an eye on your parcels progress.

I've made a mistake! Can I cancel?

It is only possible to cancel if your order has not been picked up by DHL already. Do reach out to us immediately with your order number, if you need to cancel. We cannot cancel after your order has been picked up.

 

I've received my Saber, but it has been damaged!

We pride ourselves in safe, secure, and thorough packaging, but sometimes there's a little hiccup, and a parcel does get damaged in transit. But fear not, we've got you covered! We just require a couple of things.

1. Reach out to us ASAP, to let us know your parcel has been damaged. 

2. Provide detailed pictures of the damage.

As soon as we have that, we can act right away, and get a replacement out! 

 

Is my Saber covered by a warranty?

Absolutely. Our quality and quality control is A1. Aluminium and plated items are always finished to our high standards. In many cases, we actually hand finish our aluminium items, to our high standards. With our years of experience, and complete confidence in our products, we are pleased to offer a 1 year warranty (from date of purchase) against plating defects and mechanical failure, for peace of mind. In the event you do need to use your warranty, reach out to us via the contact page, with pictures illustrating any issues, and we've got you covered!

 

Do you accept PayPal?

We did, for years! We've used it for all of our original preorders and normal sales, over the years. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances we all face in the world at this time, PayPal have advised us of their new policy regarding preorders/pre-sales, in which they state preorder items must be shipped within 20 days of payment. It is well-established in the Custom Saber industry that runs can typically take around 40-60 days to fabricate. As there is a fabrication period well over 20 days for our Limited Edition Runs, we cannot accept PayPal at the moment. Worry not, though! We accept practically every other payment method - from Visa, Google Pay, Amex, to Apple Pay! Payments are processed 100% securely by Stripe.

 

Do you offer discounts, if I buy more than one?

Absolutely! We offer volume discount on most of our hilts & parts. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss this, and we can set you up with a one-time discount code for checkout.

 

I've got my Saber, now I want to install it - where do I get the parts?

Over the 12+ years we have been in the Custom Saber hobby, we have worked with lots of people, and made some great friends who run some amazing Saber stores.

If you are looking to get the parts to ignite your Saber into life, then look no further than our friend Khal @ the Saber ArmoryHe has practically everything, including the highly-recommended beginner soundboard, Verso, that we spent months working with him on.

If you're in the US, and prefer something on your doorstep, Justin @ SaberBay is your go-to guy! He runs a fantastic Etsy shop, with just about everything you need!

 

I'm on a Limited Edition Hilt Run, and something has come up - can I cancel?

Of course! We understand that things come up, or you're thinning out your collection. That's no problem at all, as we're fair & flexible. We do offer a 14 day direct refund (cooling off) period from the date of deposit, regardless. After the 14 day period, we will need to find a buyer for your spot (or you can sell your spot, but we must be updated immediately with the new buyers details). Whatever the circumstances are, simply reach out to us with your order number, and we can help!

 

I've decided this Saber hilt isn't for me - can I return it for a refund?

Absolutely no problem at all! As long as the Saber hilt is in original condition, fit for resale, we can accept it back within 28 days of delivery, no questions asked. Just reach out to us with your order number and request, and we will deal with the rest. We must stress that in these circumstances of return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping, and any costs incurred.
